1 hour Mule trekking in the Atlas Mountains
Day 2
Atlas Mountains
Discover the beautiful surroundings of the High Atlas Mountains in a uniquely traditional way with one of our resident mules. As you would expect, mules demonstrate a different combination of physical and psychological traits from their horse and donkey parents, and can be identified by their large donkey ears and long horse tail. Contrary to popular belief, mules are not stubborn. They are very intelligent and patient and loyal to their owners.
- Breakfast at the Kasbah
- 1 hour mule trek to a local village : Passing the eucalyptus and olive groves you will make a gentle ascent into a nearby village where you can see the traditional Berber homes from the outside. A great way to experience the local culture.
- Back to the Kabsah and time to enjoy the pool and relax

Whilst unwinding by the pool and basking in the sun is a great, you can't beat spending some time in the spa total mind, body and soul rejuvenation. And as 'Asounfou' is Berber for relaxation you can ease
your worries away with a soothing traditional Moroccan Hammam, hot basalt and cool marble stone massage or aromatherapy facial - the opportunities to awaken your mind and body are endless.

Marrakech is a frantic circus of activity in the arid foothills of the Atlas mountains. The best way to experience it is to jump on in. Our luxury Marrakech holidays will help you lose your inhibitions and sense of direction, and embrace the loud, colourful city and its busy population. Walk ten paces in any direction inside the ancient medina and you'll come up against towering piles
of spices, trundling donkey carts and stalls selling fragrant slow-cooked dishes to make your mouth water. You can lounge like a sovereign in a palatial riad, graze at the food stalls at Djemaa el-Fnaa or lose yourself in the tiny switchback alleyways of the medina, perusing the many souks as you go.
