Day 2
Edinburgh city tour
10 am- Pick up by guide from accommodation.
Full day Edinburgh city tour (8 hours maximum) to cover the highlights use of private taxi hire car to transfer between locations and cover the following; Holyrood palace followed by a scenic tour of The Queens Park and Arthur's Seat.
Next stop on your tour will be Chambers Street where a short walk can take in the Museum Have time for lunch at client’s leisure with an option to discover the Grassmarket. A short scenic taxi ride will then take us up to Edinburgh Castle, keep your eyes peeled for the fascinating closes. Visit to Edinburgh Castle** included.

Day 3
Pitlochry
9 am- Pick up by driver and private vehicle from accommodation.
Depart Edinburgh and travel north over the bridges, pass the picturesque fishing villages and make a visit to Kingsbarns whisky distillery for a tour and tasting. After this visit continue you onto St. Andrews, home of golf and the oldest university in Scotland, you have time here for lunch at your leisure and to explore the cathedral/ castle, beach and Old Course. You continue the day through Dundee with option to visit the newly opened V&A Museum and head further north through the small town of Dunkeld and up to Pitlochry for your overnight stay.

Day 4
Cairngorms National Park
10 am- Pick up by driver and private vehicle from accommodation.
Spend the day exploring the beautiful Cairngorms National Park. Your first stop is the picturesque Blair Castle, where you have time to explore it and it’s beautiful gardens. Next you will travel to the highest distillery in Scotland, Dalwhinnie! Here you will make a stop and be able to par- take in a whisky and chocolate tasting. Carry on up into the National Park with stops at Aviemore and Boat of Garden before travelling top the rose-coloured Brodie Castle, ancestral home of the Brodie clan for over 400 years and see their stunning collections of Artwork, furniture and ceramics.

Day 5
Inverness
9 am- Pick up by driver and coach from accommodation. Today travel west for your first stop of the day Cawdor Castle, find out about it’s links to Shakespeare’s Macbeth, and have time to visit their impressive gardens. Next Travel into the “Capital of the Highlands” Inverness, have time for lunch here and a tour of the city before you have a chance to visit Culloden and Clava Cairns and discover more about it’s tragic history. Travel back to the Forres area for your next over night stay.

Day 6
Speyside
9 am- Pick up by driver and coach from accommodation. Today is your chance to explore the rich Speyside region. Before your first distillery visit travel to Elgin, here you have a time to see it’s Cathedral and a stop at Johnstons of Elgin, a woollen mill internationally known for it’s cashmere goods. Your first distillery visit today in Macallan and it’s newly opened “Cathedral to Whisky” visitor centre, have time here to take a tour and enjoy the whisky as well as this amazing building. Next stop is Glenfiddich distillery, have time here to do a tasting a have lunch in their Malt Barn. This afternoon begin travel over to the Aberdeenshire area via The Maiden Stone- a 9th Century Pictish Stone.

Aberdeenshire
9 am- Pick up by driver and coach from accommodation Today is spent in the Royal Deeside area, famous for its many castles. Your first visit is Castle Fraser, one of the grandest of the Scottish baronial tower houses. You can round the visit off with a walk through the beautiful 18th century walled garden. Later on, you can have an opportunity to visit Banchory where you might be able to see salmon jumping at the Falls of Feugh. Lunch is at Ballater, before continuing with your afternoon programme. Crathes Castle provides the highlight for the afternoon. Turrets, gargoyles, and the ancient Horn of Leys are just a few of the features of this historic castle. You’re free to explore the house and stunning gardens at your own pace. You return back to Aberdeenshire for another overnight.

Have time in Perth for Lunch before continuing to Stirling and arguably one of Scotland’s Largest and historically important Castle. Arrive in Glasgow for your overnight stay.
